The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our tests of quality because it has a weak seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which appears outdated. It is also more expensive than other strollers with a lighter weight. This makes it a poor choice for those looking for a budget option.
It's not the tiniest stroller, but it comes with enough features to be worth considering. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it is able to jump over curbs with little effort unlike other light strollers that drift off course when trying to do the same thing. The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage however, as it's at knee height and not adjustable. It's uncomfortable to push it with your legs dangling in the air like that and it's not helping that it lacks padding.
During our testing, we discovered that the Cloud was easy to set up and opened. It's a little more difficult to close the cloud, however. You need to slide a slider and then push a large white button for it to collapse. This can be frustrating especially if you're trying to manage kids at the same time.
The Cloud comes with a tiny but spacious storage basket. It's big enough to fit a large diaper bag. It's a little narrow however you'll probably need to put something in it to reach back to retrieve it. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design, which is perfect for trips. It's extremely light at 18 lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) and folds flat for easy transport and storage. It also features independently reclining seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and under-seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to fit kids of various heights. Plus, it has one-step linked parking brake that is Disney-sized approved.
The swivel wheel feature of Jeep is also great for navigating over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller does not accept car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have a strong neck control in order to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller has three panels of sun canopy, and each seat has its own cupholder and snack tray.
Another incredibly lightweight side-by-side stroller is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's tinier and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) and has a ton of elegant details that make it perfect for travel. It has a super simple fold, is extremely maneuverable and can fit in airplane overhead compartments and trunks easily.
The Joovy Kooper X2 tri-folds and is ultralight, just like the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double or Mountain Buggy Nano Duo. It's similar to Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key distinctions. It's also a little more expensive, but it offers better maneuverability and has an extra sun canopy. It also comes with a handy carry strap and can hold children up to 44 pounds per seat.
Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants
Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller with lots of features. It's not just incredibly light at 13 lbs but also has plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket and a parent storage pocket and more. It can also be used with the car seat of your child and has an easy-to-engage brake that is flip-flop friendly. It's designed to adapt to your child from a newborn stroller to a toddler stroller simply by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children aged 6 months of age and up.
Another thing to note about this stroller is that it runs on swivel wheels and doesn't come with locking capabilities therefore it may not be the best choice for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It maneuvers well on pavements, as well as other smooth surfaces, however it's an excellent choice for the majority of families.
